Here you will find some information and more in-depth presentation of the Vuuh platform and offer you a proper picture of how Vuuh deals with data and what you'll be able to do through Vuuh.
On Vuuh, brands can upload four kinds of data:
- which will create products in our system, and will make them available for export via barcodes directly.
- which will create products and/or group them into orders, so you can easily search for specific orders and download them already grouped. We usually use PRICAT files (price catalogues) to create the order in our system, but we also can have different setups for other clients.
- On top of the products, we can also store "order data" that represents some order specific product information, such as ordered quantity, the order local pricing, discount, estimated delivery time, etc.
- which represent an actual delivered parcel. It is linked to an order, and it contains a subset of the products within the order together with the actual delivered quantities (because a big order can be split and delivered in multiple parcels which arrive at different times).
For the product data, we can store a LOT of data points, which then can be exported individually or composed in more complex outputs.
If the information you need isn't available in the product data, , with operations such as automatic description generation, translations or using AI prompts to do it (caution: these are advanced features and high usage will incur extra costs on top of your subscription level).
We also store , which can be processed individually when you export them, so you can get shop-ready images to fit your needs. We support operations such as resizing, cropping, smart cropping (cropping around the detected object), removing background, replacing the background with a solid color.
Images can be delivered either in an archive with all the final images, with names that are built from various product related data points (ex. you could be receiving images named such as , or some other way, so you can then attach them to the correct products using naming conventions), or you can embed them into your outputs as Vuuh hosted URLs.
