Vuuh Integration with Delogue: Information You Need to Provide
1. API key
Providing Vuuh with an API Key is essential for the integration process.
To create an API key, follow these steps:
In Delogue PLM, navigate to the Admin section and then to Import/Export.
Select Custom Export subsection.
Click on Add Custom Export to create a new entry (make sure to check the "Active" box and select “WebService” as the Export Method).
Click on Setup to configure it.
Find the Get new API key button. Clicking this button will generate a new API key. This newly generated API key must be provided to Vuuh.
2. SKU number format, Prices, Care instructions
Providing the correct SKU Number Format, Prices, and Care Instructions is crucial for ensuring a smooth and effective integration between Delogue and Vuuh. These details are essential for a successful setup and accurate data retrieval.
A. SKU Number Format
In order to properly integrate with Vuuh, it is essential that you provide the SKU number format used in your system.
To obtain the SKU number format, please follow these steps:
In Delogue PLM, go to the Admin section and navigate to General Settings.
Under the Barcodes subsection, you will find the SKU number format.
Share this format with Vuuh.
B. Prices
For Vuuh to be able to pull the correct pricing data, it is necessary to provide the relevant pricing details.
To access and share price details:
In Delogue PLM, go to the Admin section and navigate to Prices.
Then, within Prices, go to the Calculation subsection.
Provide Vuuh with a list of the price names, or if possible, a screenshot of your Prices - Calculation page from Delogue PLM.
C. Care Instructions
To access and share the care instructions:
In Delogue PLM, go to the Admin section and navigate to Care Instructions.
Then, within Care Instructions, go to the Icons subsection.
Provide Vuuh with a list of the care instructions IDs and icon types found in this section, or if possible, share a screenshot of your Care Instructions - Icons page from Delogue PLM.
